It’s never too late to lend a hand!
I’m looking for volunteers to organize our costumes and help with the final cleaning-sweep of the forest this Thursday & Friday (Nov. 8th & 9th)! I’ll be at The Catamount Center both days from 9am-5pm and would love your help.

We are still looking for more guides for our shows this weekend! If you are able to come out tonight or tomorrow, we would love to have you! The time commitments are as follows:
Tonight (Friday): 5pm-midnight
Saturday Matinee: 9am-3pm
Saturday Evening: 4pm-midnight
Please call Lizzy 238-0923 before 4pm today or tomorrow if you’re interested in joining us (or just show up!)
Apart from our shows, we need ALL HANDS ON DECK FOR TEAR-DOWN!
Sunday, September 28th 10am-4pm
Come for as much or as little as you like
As you probably know, there is a storm headed our way and winds are supposed to be extremely high starting on Monday.
We cannot have volunteers in the woods once the winds pick up, and we want to make sure our set pieces and tents are stored safely before the storm arrives.
Can you help us?
Come for one hour, two hours, the whole day- whatever you can spare, and bring your friends!

Don’t put it off – tonight’s shows are selling fast, and we expect sellouts for the 7pm and 8pm time slots.

Due to the current inclement weather and the forecast for continued downpours throughout the night the Haunted Forest has made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s performances. We are concerned about the enjoyment, comfort and safety of both our patrons and our volunteers on the trails tonight, and would rather you all have a safe and enjoyable and experience at the Forest.
Customers: we would like to offer you the option of attending any of our other shows. You can either contact our webmaster at webmaster@thehauntedforest.org to arrange to exchange your tickets or simply bring your email confirmation of tonight’s purchase with you to any show and it will be honored. Alternatively, if no other date or time is possible for you to attend a performance we will happily refund your purchase and hope that you will come back and visit us next year.
Volunteers: Thank you so much for committing to The Haunted Forest. We are sad that we won’t see you this evening, but we encourage you to sign up for any other performance night if you’re interested. We can still use volunteers on Thursday, October 25th, and we can alway stake more guides on any show evening. Please contact Lizzy (802) 238-0923 Lizzy@thehauntedforest.org if you’re interested.

The season is ramping up here at The Haunted Forest!
We have nearly all of our sets and scenery in place. There are just two things missing…

It’s time for our Community Pumpkin Carving where we carve the nearly 1,000 jack-o-lanterns it takes to light our pathways!
