I have a redemption code to redeem 2 tickets that I won. It says go to “have you gotten your tickets yet” which brings me to here but there is no place for to use the code that I have to redeem them. How do I redeem my tickets then?
Click on the “tickets” button at the top of the website. That will bring you to our order page. Once you fill out the order form, there should be a prompt asking if you have a coupon code. That is where you will put in the code you received. Let me know if you have anymore trouble! Lizzy@thehauntedforest.org.
After you select tickets and go through checkout, there’ll be a box for discount coupons. There’s also more info on the ticket sales website – click on the link above, then click on Discount Coupons on the left side of the page.
I just checked the code and it’s OK. Make sure you click on “discount coupon” and not gift certificate. At the bottom of the information page there’s a box where you can test the code. If there’s still a problem, please drop me a note at webmaster@thehauntedforest.org and we’ll get you set up.
Tried to click on Ticket and getting an error. Where can I purchase tickets?
