Haunted Forest Wants Your Ideas!
Anyone who has enjoyed the Haunted Forest over the years may contribute an idea for an effect, scare, or scene for Haunted Forest 2007. This year, Vermont author Joe Citro will be the writer for the show. Some things to keep in mind:
- performances are in the woods rain or shine
- scenes are 2-3 minutes long and are performed approximately 60 times a night
- performers are community volunteers
- Haunted Forest is a family-friendly event (we do scary and spooky, not horror and gore)
We want to hear your ideas for this year. In 2008, The Haunted Forest will convene a Writers' Group to select, develop, and write the scenes for Haunted Forest 2008. Anyone who is interested in authoring or developing a scene is encouraged to contact Jana at thehauntedforest@gmail.com to join the Writers' Group! Thank you for contributing your ideas to make the Haunted Forest a spectacular event!
