Sponsors

For the first time in history, The Haunted Forest welcomes a television sponsor! We are extremely excited to work with WCAX to help promote the Forest over the air. Be sure to tune in to WCAX to see our hot new commerical for 2007 and keep an eye out for other coverage. WCAX adds an unprecedented and revolutionary boost to our marketing efforts. We'd like to thank WCAX for their extraordinary generosity to this event and this community through their ongoing support.

We are very excited to be working with Clear Channel.  They are our major radio sponsor for 2007 and for the next two years to come, including four of their local stations.  These stations are Star 92.9, Champ 101.3, The Zone, and Kiss FM.  Their generous sponsorship is a huge donation and a great partnership and we look forward to working with them this Fall!  We want to thank Clear Channel for their amazing commitment to the community by giving back through their efforts in going above and beyond to help us to spread the word on the Forest.

The Physician's Computer Company of Winooski's Champlain Mill made Haunted Forest a fundraising challenge this year. Volunteers, patrons, and many businesses in the community came forward to help us meet PCC's exciting goal. Their financial sponsorship has been crucial to the health and quality of the event. PCC provides pediatric-specific software and services to practices around the country. We are proud to have them on board as supporters of this community tradition.

MVP Health Care became a new Gold Level Sponsor just this year. Their substantial financial sponsorship has helped to support the quality of the production and the event for Haunted Forest in a big way! Thank you to all the MVP employees who help care for our community's health.

Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of South Burlington, VT has supported The Haunted Forest event starting the first year the production was moved to The Catamount Family Center.  Pepsi is both a financial sponsor as well as a major in-kind donor, as they provide cases of Pepsi products to fuel some of our many volunteers, in addition to helping to market our event.  We are extremely grateful to them for all that they have done, believing in our organization and supporting Fun for Change and The Haunted Forest from the very beginning.

Each year, The Haunted Forest has over 1,000 flickering Jack'O'Lanterns lighting its path.  This would not be possible without the support from the community, and especially with the support of Black River Produce.  For the past number of years, Black River has hand selected and delivered to The Haunted Forest staging area over 500 beautiful pumpkins and donated not only the product but also the truck to make the delivery and the driver to deliver them.  We cannot thank Black River enough for this substantial donation, without which, it would be much more difficult to gather up enough georgeous pumpkins to line the one-mile long Forest path.

Prudential Realty Mart operated locally in South Burlington, VT will be sponsoring The Haunted Forest for this first time in this 25th Anniversary year.  We look forward to working with them and appreciate not only the finanical support for this upcoming year, but also the number of volunteers that have come from their company to participate in our event, including the Pumpkin Carving party, for the past three years.

New Breed Marketing is the innovative company that for the past 4 years has worked on The Haunted Forest marketing materials including designing The Haunted Forest posters that are displayed in stores across Chittenden County and beyond.  Their creativity and dedication to creating a product that matches the specific needs of each organization cannot be understated.  New Breed has volunteered their time each year to give back to our nonprofit by donating their services every Fall.  The eye-catching posters that are designed by New Breed are a critical way to get the word out to both volunteers and guests of The Haunted Forest and we would not be able to achieve the success we've experienced without their tremendous work.

The Alpine Shop has been selling Haunted Forest tickets since the beginning of the Forest's move to Catamount and have done a superb job of helping us to manage ticket sales at a convenient and fun location.  Who doesn't love an excuse to check out all the cool new gear coming out as the winter season quickly approaches?  Kidstown has also been added on as an additional spot to purchase tickets and is a perfect match with the families and younger children that attend our matinee.  We can't thank them enough for all their coordination efforts.

Reel Hospitality has offered a variety of support services to our new organization over the past few years, including everything from web support, to marketing materials being designed, to allowing us to put costumes each fall on the infamous bears in front of The Sirloin Saloon.  The company cannot be thanked enough for extending their hospitality to the non-profit world, as everyone at the corporate office that makes up the support team for Sweetwaters in Burlington, and the new Tuscan Kitchen in South Burilngton, have been an integral part to the development of our organization in the crucial first few years.

U.S. Foodservice has helped to support The Haunted Forest both through financial sponsorship as well as product support in their donation of a variety of foods distributed to the 400-plus volunteers it takes to put on The Haunted Forest each Fall.  Each year, The Haunted Forest is put on in October, the time of year when the weather can be unpredictable and warm foods to sustain our volunteers are key.  U.S. Food has helped us to continue to provide a variety of options for our volunteers and their financial support clearly demonstrates the value they place on supporting the local Vermont community.

For our 25th Anniversary year, The Haunted Forest made the decision to update and professionalize our website.  This would not be possible without the support and time committment from Coretomic, the company who makes up the backbone of the newly designed website, and provides a significant donation including time and services.  Coretomic, headquartered in South Burlington, Vermont has pioneered ColligoNet, a web platform that enables companies to build, deploy and manage very powerful web sites.  ColligoNet powered web sites become the centric place where all digital business is done within a company. Coretomic’s software solutions enable companies of any size to increase their productivity and performance while increasing customer satisfaction and revenue by bringing content, business processes and communication to the Web in a secured and easy to use method. http://www.Coretomic.com.
