Shipping / Will Call
Tickets are sent via USMail to the 'shipping' address provided. This typically takes a couple of days, so Tickets will not be mailed out within one week of the show. Tickets ordered within one week of showtime, or addresses out of the country, or orders requested as Will Call will be made available as 'Will Call'.
Table-rate is used to determine mailing charges. The table rate is $2 for up to 4 tickets, $4 for up to 8 tickets, and $6 for up to 50 tickets. Will Call orders have no additional charges. Will Call tickets will then be available for pick up at Will-Call on the day of the show.
If you have purchased will-call tickets or if the will-call option appears on your invocie, your tickets will be available at the event. When you arrive for your showtime, park in the lot as directed by the parking attendant. Follow the path up to the forest entrance. The will-call tickets can be picked up in the large white concession tent next to the waiting tent entrance to the forest itself. Tickets will be available under the last name on the invoice. You may want to bring a copy of your email receipt with the order number.
These charges are the same whether the order is placed via the website, or called in by phone. Buying via the website offers the same price, with additional order tracking and the confidence that your name and address are entered just as you want them.
Sales are final, and the show goes on regardless of weather. Please dress appropriately. If the event itself is cancelled, we'll notify you by the email contact information provided to our website, along with information regarding refunds.
